Diagnostic description:
“This species somewhat resembles E. aglaja, but is somewhat smaller, has a flatter spire, a deeper suture, and, for its size, more numerous whorls.” (E. A. Smith, 1895)

Smith (1895) original descriptions on Everettia bangueyensis – “Testa parva, depressa, orbicularis, anguste perforate, tenuis, fusco-cornea, subpellucida, nitens; spira parum elata; anfractus 5½, convexi, lente accrescentes, sutura profunda sejuncti, ultimus ad peripheriam rotundatus, infra Paulo palliior; aperture oblique lunata, angusta; perist. tenui, margine columellari superne anguste reflexo.”
